To keep the marketplace safe and lawful, the following may not be listed. This list is not exhaustive — we may remove any listing at our discretion.

Animals and animal products

• Live horses or any live animals.
• Endangered species products, ivory, or protected animal parts.
• Animal semen, embryos or biological material.

Health and medication

• Prescription veterinary medicines, sedatives or performance-enhancing substances.
• Supplements making unapproved medical claims.
• Used needles, syringes or medical waste.

Unsafe or recalled equipment

• Helmets that have been crashed, damaged, expired or are not safety-certified.
• Recalled products, or safety equipment with removed or altered certification labels.
• Training devices banned by governing bodies, or equipment designed to injure a horse.

Weapons and hazardous goods

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives and fireworks.
• Flammable, corrosive or toxic chemicals that cannot be shipped legally.

Counterfeit and illegal content

• Counterfeit or replica branded tack, apparel or accessories.
• Stolen goods.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Other restrictions

• Services requiring a professional license without holding a valid one (e.g. veterinary care).
• Gambling, betting or wagering on equestrian events.
• Listings that exist only to advertise off-platform sales or collect personal data.

If you see a listing that breaks these rules, contact us through the site so we can review and remove it.
